The working party set out to barrow 20 tons of new track to enable a safer and easier walk to the pallets on the east side of the lake.
After a lot of sweat;huffing and puffing by all the team a new track was completed by 1pm. A Great effort!!
The club has also invested in a new mower to keep the grass around the lake peripheral freshly mowed on a regular basis. Thanks to all those involved with this ongoing activity.(Especially with all the rain we have had during the month of August)
The digger shown in the shallows where much escavation took place to allow safer fishing.
There is always maintenance required to upkeep the lake,so if you fancy lending a helping hand it would be much appreciated. Let Snowy or Doug know!
Please remember to take home ALL your litter!
